5. Regular Sources of Information
Data concerning data subjects is obtained from the data subjects themselves when they submit a contact form. In addition, data may be obtained from discussions between the company and the data subject regarding cooperation, at the start of such cooperation, or when the data subject registers as a user of the company’s service.

Stored data is protected by usernames and passwords and, whenever possible, by encryption. Only individuals designated for the task are authorized to process the data. Data processors are bound by a duty of confidentiality.
9. Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether personal data concerning him or her is being processed, and, if such personal data is being processed, the right to access that personal data. The data subject has the right, among other things, to request that the controller rectify inaccurate personal data concerning the data subject, to erase personal data concerning the data subject if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed. The data subject also has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to the processing of data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data subject may also request that the data be transferred to another system. All requests related to this matter must be addressed to the data controller in writing by regular mail. The data controller may ask the person making the request to verify their identity. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in their own Member State, in the Member State where they have their habitual residence or workplace, or in the Member State where the alleged violation of the General Data Protection Regulation occurred.
10. Risks to the rights and freedoms of the data subject
The data stored by the data controller does not pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
